"I asked my body which 3-day Access Body Class it would like to attend and…Oh SNAP…it chose Glenna’s and it was PHENOMENAL!
Glenna is as much inviting, as she is potent! She generated an infinite amount of generosity of spirit and effortlessly created a space where my barriers could drop completely, as I allowed my body and being to become so vulnerable, that no matter what perceptions or intensities I had, she was ‘right there’ to facilitate with such precision and ease that my body literally surrendered into a space of willingness, a space where I was in such allowance to be everything, a space which generated the choice to change everything with ease….. I even broke out in a song and sang out loud to the entire class….truth!
Also, I truly cannot remember when I laughed so much and so hard in my entire life! Side Note: the ‘me’ that first entered this class would not have chosen to be so boldly out of control, as to break out in song; by the third day I was willing to be and do everything!
